Checking a box adds one extra 15-minute clinical admin billing entry after each shift of that type. If the 15-minute add-on would overlap another billed interval, it is skipped automatically.

How It Works

The app reads the live Google Sheets schedule, matches your name or aliases for the selected half-month, fills the active invoice template, and saves the workbook into the local outputs folder.

You must enable editing and exit Protected View for the spreadsheet to work properly.

Use aliases when the master sheet uses abbreviations or a slightly different spelling for your name.

This tool is intended for PAH hospitalists. Other sites may work, but they have not been tested yet.
